Terms of Service
These terms govern use of EStall by creators and buyers. This MVP version is a working draft and should be reviewed by legal counsel before public launch.
Marketplace role
EStall provides storefront, checkout, and payment handoff tools. Creators remain responsible for the products and services they sell, fulfilment, and their own buyer policies shown on their storefront.
Orders & payment
Checkout may redirect buyers to Payfast for secure payment. An order is only treated as paid after the payment provider confirms it to EStall. Prices are shown in South African Rand unless stated otherwise.
Returns & disputes
Return and refund rules may vary by creator. Buyers should review the creator's policy on the storefront and checkout before paying. Platform support may help coordinate communication but does not replace the creator's fulfilment duties.
Acceptable use
Users may not list illegal goods, misrepresent items, or abuse checkout, payment, or review systems. EStall may suspend accounts that create risk for buyers or the platform.
