How EStall handles personal information under POPIA. This MVP version is a working draft and should be reviewed by legal counsel before public launch.
What we collect
We process account details, order and payment references, shipping information, and communication needed to operate checkout, fulfilment, and support. Payment card details are handled by Payfast, not stored directly by EStall.
Why we use it
Personal information is used to create and manage accounts, process orders, share necessary buyer details with creators for fulfilment, prevent fraud, and improve the service.
Sharing
When you buy from a creator, we share the information required for delivery, digital fulfilment, or service booking with that creator. We may also share data with payment and infrastructure providers strictly to operate the platform.
Your POPIA rights
You may request access to or correction of your personal information, object to certain processing, or ask us to delete information where the law allows. Contact EStall support to submit a privacy request.
